We are currently looking for a self-motivated, professional sales representative, to join our team. If you want to work with an exciting, dynamic, growing company servicing a stable and professional industry and you excel when being trusted with responsibility then Caruk and Associates is the place for you.

Essential Functions:

  • Professionally manage the existing base of business in a designated territory and be capable of strategically planning and implementing a sales process for new product launches within the territory.
  • Work collaboratively with our distributors, to establish new products into collision facilities.
  • Maintain regular contact with collision facilities, identify opportunities, provide solutions and solve problems.
  • Train and educate our distributors on new products and repair techniques.
  • Work with our manufacturers, to stay abreast of new product developments.


  • 2+ years outside sales experience is desired however this is an entry level position.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a strong ability to plan, organize and follow through-to-completion, sales tasks.
  • Be goal orientated, a self starter, who likes to work independently, but in support of the team;
  • You will need solid computer skills, capable of functioning with PC’s, iPad’s, etc.
  • Some regional territory travel required and must be able to obtain a passport.
