TVape is an organization that is dedicated to gaining expertise on various models of vaporizers that can be used to help to provide exceptional customer service to our customers in making vaporizer selections.

As an e-commerce business the retail sales representatives will contribute directly to TVape’s bottom line, while serving as the frontline contact for customers. Our wholesale operations cover street level stores as well as major public corporations and medical companies. This position will be in charge of ensuring the growth of TVape’s revenue through increases in number of sales and the number of repeat customers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Provide prompt phone/email follow up to all inbound calls/leads and properly document and track results
  • Drive revenue by effectively addressing the customer’s needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions and closing sales over the phone
  • Build and maintain knowledge base to become an expert on TVape products and services
  • Find and follow wholesale leads
  • Building your wholesale client book for the Quebec, France, Germany or US markets based on management directive.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills
  • Strong listening skills and presentation skills
  • Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility with customers
  • A self-starter who can effectively work without micro management
  • College or University degree preferred, but not required with a proven sales track record
  • 1-2 years solid, direct sales background
  • Proven ability to find leads, follow up systematically and gradually close business via phone
  • Passion for the industry is a plus
