Sales Development Representative

Pay Range: 

$50,000 to $60,000

Essential Functions:

  • Prospecting and qualifying (warm leads) 
  • Responsibility to build pipeline 
  • Providing value, pricing, quotes and demos to clients 
  • Responsible for building networks and relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Results oriented compensation plan 
  • Continually meet and exceed KPIs, Quotas, and Individual Performance of everyone on your team 
  • Collaborating with team and Director of Sales 


  • Must have 2+ years of B2B sales experience 
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar software application environment 
  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment 
  • MUST love working hard 
  • MUST love fast pace 
  • You have a proven track record as a top performer exceeding sales targets and objective 
  • You have to be willing to roll up your sleeves with an entrepreneurial spirit! 
  • Ideally a background in the restaurant industry – maybe your first job was serving?!
