A Relationship Manager is assigned a group of customer accounts and is responsible for all communications, conflict resolution and compliance on customer deliverables.
Additional primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities within an existing account base, maintaining a pipeline of new opportunities and driving those forward to closed/won.
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and provides regular progress reports on all account activity. Secondary responsibilities include administrative functions to support the primary responsibilities.
