Concierge Auctions is seeking Project Sales Managers to join its field sales team as contractors. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who are driven, enjoy traveling and are passionate about high-end real estate. We seek individuals that are confident in the marketing of luxury properties and can quickly build new relationships that convert into business opportunities. Project Sales Managers work on 4-6 week assignments at luxury residential properties and are responsible for building interest in the property for thirty days leading up to an auction. While on assignment, PSMs work 24//7 to field and register qualified bidders through open houses, networking, and office presentations at local real estate agencies. PSMs have flexibility to take on assignments that fit within their schedules throughout the year. The Project Sales Manager serves as the face of the company to our clients and future clients. The ideal PSM is well suited to manage multiple lines of prospecting activities at all times while maintaining consistency and company integrity. PSMs possess the ability to work closely with others, including real estate agents, sellers and potential bidders. The role includes individual face-to-face and group interactions that require strong verbal and presentation skills. Solid follow-up skills and a passion for hitting sales goals is a must.

Essential Functions:

  • Quickly initiate efforts to create a local community buzz about the property
  • Meet with local real estate agents to build interest and drive traffic
  • Find and network with local business leaders and persons of influence
  • Manage a pipeline of leads with consistent follow-up
  • Do office presentations to groups of luxury real estate agents
  • Host daily Open Houses for 4 to 5 weeks per property
  • Utilize inside sales, marketing and regional staff to leverage outreach
  • Reach out to personal contact list from prior assignments that meet bidder criteria
  • Dress and act in a professional manner expected in the luxury market
  • Leverage project budget for maximum impact
  • Connect daily with the property listing agent to create traffic
  • Act as point of contact and key communicator with property owner
  • Understand dynamics of real estate sales process and industry jargon
  • Daily updating of company CRM (salesforce) and social media platforms
  • Manage lead flow from digital sources
  • Formulate an incredible showing tour and know all property details
  • Be able to speak about other current company auctions
  • Get qualified buyers to register as formal bidders
  • Understand and explain the benefits of buying a property at auction
  • Monthly communication and client management of appointed CA Private Client list


  • 3+ years of face-to-face direct sales or account management experience
  • Ability to travel domestically and possibly internationally and maintain high energy level
  • Resourceful, adaptable, a self-starter who can hit the ground running
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experienced in negotiations and goal driven
  • Ability to work under pressure and avoid conflict
  • Internet and social media savvy
  • Ability to work consecutively for 30-days at a time
  • Organized and meets deadlines
  • Confident and proactive problem solver
  • Can keep things confidential
  • Build and maintains strong business relationships
  • Comfortable working with luxury market items and high-worth clientele
