We are seeking an Account manager responsible for client acquisition and retention. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing business clients within the Pharmacy healthcare field. This includes establishing, building and maintaining the overall relationship for assigned clients and taking a lead communication role when representing RPI to clients. We want individuals who share a passion for Business Development and Account Management.
The functions and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization
Manage all aspects of lead generation and prospecting clients through networking, cold calling and working existing database
Assigning and scheduling staff according to open orders
Research and build relationships with new clients
Effectively manage accounts and maintain relationships with clients
Successfully negotiate the recruiting process and bill/pay rates with both candidates and clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales with business development/account management
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability and willingness to have courageous conversation with clients and candidates
Excellent relationship building skills and consultative mindset.
Must be an energetic, flexible, highly organized individual with a self-starter personality
Proven ability to build strong relationships with top level stakeholders
Hours of Work:
Office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
COMPENSATION: Base + Commission (Potential earnings of $70,000 – $90,000)
