Essential Functions:

  • You thrive in an unlimited commission structure in an open concept, friendly yet competitive team environment. You are motivated by the challenge to find and build new business through outbound calling
  • Identify customer needs and overcome objections while providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Understand and promote Yellow Pages products and services as a solution, while you strive to reach and exceed your sales targets


  • Minimum high school graduation; post-secondary education in Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent professional experience is an asset
  • Positive can-do attitude to self-motivate and create friendly competition within the team
  • Excellent professional communications and negotiation skills to establish partnerships, handle rejection and close on sales
  • Strong computer aptitude (e.g. CRM tools and Microsoft Office)
  • 1-2 years successful B2B or B2C sales experience (outbound telephone sales experience is an asset
