Summary:

We’re looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our team who will form the crucial link between our centralized marketing efforts and our local city teams. The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

  • Brands like Casper and Everlane use us to test markets before opening permanent locations.
  • We’ve helped new brands establish themselves - from collaborating in group markets to opening up their first brick & mortar stores.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute email campaigns targeting startup and global brands with support from marketing.
  • Become a thisopenspace expert and advocate; engage with brands and agencies by email and phone to deliver thisopenspace’s value proposition and encourage new user sign-ups.
  • Develop, test and iterate on call scripts and email responses to effectively address common questions and overcome objections.
  • Vet inbound booking and business development opportunities and route to relevant city teams for further development and closure.
  • In collaboration with marketing, create copy and establish cadence for email nurture campaigns to continuously engage prospective guests.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on the quality and quantity of inbound leads to improve campaign performance

Qualifications:

  • You have 1 - 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role, ideally with an interest in technology, retail or real estate. You thrive in a quick sales cycle environment and have a track record of exceeding your targets.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator who can build rapport quickly by email and over the phone. Your follow up skills are second to none.
  • You’re a great listener. You’re able to uncover your leads’ addressable needs and tailor your pitch accordingly.
  • You understand that process and data rule the day and are able to follow a planned regimen to manage your time.
