$40,000 to $50,000

Essential Functions:

Job purpose

  • Be the face of the company; walk-ins, phone calls, Emails, faxes
  • Enter all sales orders into SAP, generate invoices
  • Expedite/track shipments
  • Develop / qualify leads
  • Proactively seek customers for survey consumables

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate in person, over the phone or through social media in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Qualify Salesforce leads daily; background checks, identify decision makers, setup appointments, assign opportunity.
  • Be proactive in selling of consumables and products.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of items for repair and sales
  • Enter sales orders into SAP and create invoices
  • Create weekly lead and opportunity reports
  • Update Salesforce accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, and campaigns
  • Be a Salesforce guru; provide process support to employees
  • Keep showroom appearance professional items are tag with sales price and is well stock
  • Develop reporting method to track minimal stock levels
  • Report on inside-sales weekly
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact with others in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prior knowledge of Sokkia – Topcon survey equipment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
  • Able to work independently, self starter
  • Ability to lift light survey equipment

 

Education

  • Two to three year College Business Diploma
