Are you an upbeat, positive individual with a focus on customer service? Are you passionate about going that extra mile for the customer and your fellow employees? If so, then Norseman has the position for you! We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Langley, BC location.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop knowledge of Norseman products and services in order to effectively direct sales calls and answer customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate and detailed information on customer requirements prior to quotation request
  • Enter purchase orders; communicate pricing and lead time to customers
  • Provide order confirmations to Inside Sales
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with customers, both internal and external
  • Process, refine, and co-ordinate realistic delivery dates with the customer and
  • Outside Sales reps Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, detailed, and easily read
  • Follow up with customers and both Inside and Outside Sales representatives if any issues are experienced with the processing of orders
  • Must be able to use initiative to research and resolve customer queries
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales for cost estimating, timelines, and order changes
  • Collaborate with Production personnel regarding scheduling, custom product instruction, and timelines


  • 1 to 3 years’ Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor
  • Solid data entry and computer skills
  • Moderate to intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook Microsoft AX
  • ERP system knowledge an asset
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system an asset (ie: Salesforce)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task effectively
  • ISO experience an asset
