Business Development Representative

$45,000 to $65,000


We are growing and are looking for career minded Business Development Representatives to join our team. You will be joining an organization that is quickly becoming a leader in the freight forwarding industry.

Essential Functions:

  • Prospecting on a daily basis
  • Willing to employ our sales process from beginning to end
  • Work with our close family oriented logistics team to create customized solutions
  • Grow sales pipeline and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Must be able to forecast growth based on new and existing verticals by identifying market trends
  • Able to interpret reports and data accurately and adjust behavior accordingly
  • Maintain a database of key contacts/accounts and activities using a CRM tool
  • Attend tradeshows and other networking events representing Sphere 1
  • Accessible to receive calls from our customers outside of regular business hours
