Generates new leads within the target market by planning, directing and managing the activities of promoting and offering clients requests for quotations including service specific offerings.
Act as a key point of contact for assigned customers
Re-vitalize past and inactive customers
Manage client relations, activities, and opportunities using a client resource management software.
Understand key market drivers and create actionable strategic initiatives to promote Architectural and Engineering services.
Establish quarterly and annual sales targets and meet or exceed the sales order targets.
Manage negotiations of sales bids and contracts.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
Previous experience in Architectural, Engineering, or Building industry.
The ideal candidate must display a personality defined by a sense of urgency in closing new business.
Enjoy connecting with customers with issues relating to servicing, and product inquiries.
Ability to independently do market research related to client demographics, needs analysis, and competitive pricing.
Ability to be self-managed and/or self-motivated in achieving or surpassing forecasted sales targets.
Good to excellent knowledge of computer skills using Microsoft Suite of Office products.
A trusting and professional demeanour.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Business.
